Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every box, across the US and Canada. Here’s exactly how your wagyu gets to you.

How we pack it

Every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen, then packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice so it stays frozen in transit. Your box is built to handle a normal delivery window.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or outside North America at this time.

Processing & delivery

• Free shipping is included on every order.
• Orders are prepared and shipped on select days each week so your box travels fast and cold. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s on the way.
• Orders ship within 48 hours. Most boxes arrive within 4-7 business days of shipping. [Exact carrier and regional transit times: to confirm with the client.]

When it arrives

Some dry ice may have sublimated and the cooler may feel cool rather than frozen-solid, that’s normal. If the vacuum-sealed cuts are still firm/frozen or cold to the touch, you’re good: refrigerate or freeze right away.

If your box arrives warm, thawed or damaged, take a quick photo and email support@ranchtopit.com within 48 hours. We’ll make it right, see our guarantee.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for a perishable order sent to an address entered incorrectly, but tell us fast and we’ll do what we can.
